It's all about slick magazine cover models...everyone wants to be appreciated for their exterior...

Hell we elect presidents (statistically) based upon how much hair they have on their head...

there was a time that a man was judged by his character or that he was good at a trade or had something to offer intellectually. It's just stupid the way it is now.

Gyms are a microcosm of the culture at large.
