Tim, since antibiotics are used to treat bacterial infections in humans, I would not waste using my expensive supplements until you have been cleared of your infection. Sometimes a good rest period is vital to regain your health. Working out hard may decrease your immune system and your supplements will be wasted. Take your meds and drink plenty of water, fruits, and proteins. Also add some vitamin C, along with Ginseng for improving the immune system, and some B complex. Rest is vital so don't over do it. You will be stronger in the long run and feel well like we should when training with weights. My rule of thumb is, you should leave the gym feeling better than when you first entered the gym. Good-luck and be smart. You are in this for life. It's not going to hurt you to take a small lay-off. Enjoy your rest and hit those precious vitamins and water, juices. "THE HILLBILLY"
