(first, when you fire someone you are censored...)

Not at all. Imus can go to any street corner and call them NHHs without legal repercussions. (Well, in Harlem, he could be ticketed for inciting a riot, LOL.)

(second, as you suggested and as i suggested we should vore with our right of free speech and our pocket books...)

Always an honorable course of action.

(third, the newspapers and the air waves do not carry the same rights as a person in free speech as they also have a responsibility both ingrained in the constitution and morally in reporting facts not fiction.....)

Certainly the new depts. need to report facts (which they seem to do less and less nowadays), but editorials and entertainment radio are subject only to FCC restrictions on decency (and whatever the sponsors will bear).

(to sum it all up one's right to freedoms inherit in our Bill of Rights ends where my nose begins..)
