Yep.

People wanted to listen to some obnoxious dumbass say stupid assinine things on the radio. So the suits went out and hired an obnoxious dumbass to say the stupid assinine things. And it worked - lots of people listened and were happy and the suits made lots of money and they were happy and the advertisers had a way to get their message to their target audience (since they aren't watching much prime time TV anymore) and they were happy and everybody was ahead.

Then they suddenly decided to get upset because he said the same type of thing that made them all so happy for all that time.

Personally, I don't go for that type of "entertainment" so I don't listen to it. Buy I find it hard to blame the guy for doing what excatly what they hired him to do.
