Hey man there's nothing to it; call home office and ask Barb to mail or fax you the "club/team registration form." You'll need at least 3 current usapl members and the annual payment is $30. Expires each Dec.31st.

Congrats on forming a team, hope to see you in Denver...unless you'd like to come to Baton Rouge for a Collegiate meet this November.
