Dr. Billy Jack Talton was still coaching the Louisiana Tech University Powerlifting Team during that time. In addition to being the most successful coach in collegiate powerlifting history, He is by far the most historically knowledgeable and best keeper of records of anyone I know of in the USAPL. I would be willing to bet that he still has his copy of the Collegiate Nationals tape from 1994. He may be willing to make you a copy of it if he still does have it.
