Great question, I'll give as complete a list as I'm able.

Nicholls State U. (Louisiana)
Louisiana State U.
Louisiana Tech U.
U. Louisiana at Lafayette
U. Louisiana at Monroe
U. Texas (Austin)
Texas State (San Marcos)
Texas A/M
Sam Houston State
U. Wisconsin at: Whitewater, Lacross
all service academies (West Point, Air Force, Naval Academy)
Ashland U. (Ohio)
Ball State (Indiana)
Murray State (Missouri (?))

Theres probably some I forgot, but these are the ones that have seemed to have an interest in team type powerlifting activity over the last couple years. There are many many schools represented by one or two lifters only. Great place to start.
