I am currently training for a powerlifting meet. I am watching my diet. I want to lift 220 but I am currently 226. I feel that I do have 6-8 lbs that I could lose, But I need to do more Cardio. My Question is what is the best cardi That I can do to lose Fat but also to maintain my muscle and not hurt my lifts ?
