hi im a freshman in college at youngstown state university and i powerlifted in high school and want to continue to compete but arnt sure where to start and when and whwere to start competing, if ne one could help it would be much apperactied! also if u qualify to go to collegiate nationals do u have to go on a team or can u go as an individual?? thank you
