Hey "me" all i can say is if you are not man enought to post your name do not post at all...i'm pretty sure that is the rules of this forum and also if you do not lift in our federation do not talk about it...obviously your busy with the likes of the WPO and APF so go post on their forums i'm sure they'll be glad to have another hot head in the federation...
