just because i want to lift in the WPO doesn't mean i am on stuff or want to be on stuff. i am sure there are plenty of people on stuff in every federation, even the ones that test. they just know how to get away with it and cheat the system.

your so called tested federation only spent $2500 on actual drug testing. so that means most of the people just urinated in a cup and it was never tested. there is no way that you can test all of the winners from usapl's many nationals and only spend that little bit of money.

so just because your federation tests people doesn't mean everyone is drug free. if you are congratulations you will probably get beat by someone cheating the system and breaking the rules.
