The NGB meeting is always held in conjunction with Men's Open Nationals in July; usually, the day before lifting begins. All state chairmen get votes, as well as committee chairs and some athletes' reps. Until next July, Jeri, find out who your state chair is, see if he went to the NGB meeting, and encourage that person to go next year, and let 'em know your personal thoughts on the issues. The USAPL secretary does a great job of posting the meeting agenda well before the meeting is to take place, so that no one necessarily has to come to the meeting blind.
