Jeremy,
Wade and I just discussed this breifly this morning...our plan now is to scan this year's entries (and those from a couple years past as well, ie; schools at least somewhat consistently represented) and (slightly) restructure the regions...basically re-examine the regions, this time with more attention paid to geographical issues.

Wade had intended to put this in as a motion (that we accept the regions as presently delineated), but that was not done...thus for the moment, its still in conceptual stages.

Any input you (or anyone else) have is appreciated!
